We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Morrison Andrew Robert LLC. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

  1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Certain items, such as underwear and final sale items, are not eligible for return.
  2. Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
  3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@calebdewain.com. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  4. Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

  1. Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. Processing: If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
  3. Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items
